Return Policy

1. Inspection upon Receipt

  • Please inspect your products carefully as soon as you receive them from our delivery representative.

  • If you notice any visible damage or defect, inform the delivery representative immediately and return the item with them. We will cover all related shipping costs.

2. Returns within 24 Hours

  • If you wish to return the product after your initial inspection, please contact us and schedule a pick-up within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Returns requested beyond this 24-hour window cannot be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective/Damaged on Delivery: We cover all shipping costs for immediate returns due to defects or damage.

  • Return within 24 Hours (but after delivery): You are responsible for return shipping fees; these fees will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be issued back to you.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging (boxes, tags, stickers).

  • Returns are not accepted for damage caused by customer misuse or negligence.
